 Training for the Older Dog - Over 6 Months Beginner Obedience
4-Week Structured Programme
Structured 4-week Course, 45 minutes per session,
Plus 10mins Q&A, Maximum 6 Dogs per Class, meaning you will be more relaxed and your dog can concentrate more in smaller classes.
In this course we will cover:
Teaching following the hand
Difference between food hands and follow hands
Positions – Sit, Stand and Lay Down
Getting Focus and Attention
Stay in one Position
Walking on a Loose Lead
Coming back when Called
Greeting people without jumping up
Handling for grooming and examination
Leave it
Control at a doorway or gate
Socialisation with other dogs
Getting used to people and children
Course includes weekly resource packs to take away.
£40 for 4 Week Course. Both of these classes are designed for Pet Dogs and will help you to get an obedient, well trained dog providing you put the work in at home as well as in class.
Junior Play Session
Come and let your puppy play with other sociable puppies, we will aim to educate you on what's good and what's not, to help your puppy learn how to chage their play style depending on what dog/s they are interacting with.
These sessions are invaluable in your puppies development and education.
Thursdays 6.00pm - 6.30pm
£1.00 per dog (donation to our re-homing charity), age range from 5 months to 1year old
Outdoor Training
We are not currently running this course but please contact us to see what other courses may suit you.
Pay by the week, only pay if you turn up. No need to book.
Learn basic obedience around other dogs. Learn and Train Outdoors for Real Life situations.
We train in all weathers....... so come prepared....
No limit on the number of dogs in each class helping to train your dog to cope with distractions.

This course may not be suitable for dogs that are easily distracted or maybe not yet ready for outdoor training, see our 6 week course below for smaller class sizes and indoor training (Booking is required for the 6 week course).
